The Hakkasan Las Vegas Restaurant and Nightclub at the MGM:
Hakkasan Las Vegas Restaurant and Nightclub is a multi-level culinary and nightlife hotspot in the MGM Grand Hotel & Casino. Be entertained at the highest levels: a restaurant with a private dining room, the Ling nightclub, the main nightclub, the pavilion and the mezzanine.
The Las Vegas, Nevada-based Hakkasan Group owns venues across the United States, Europe, Middle East, and Asia, deriving its name from the company’s Michelin-star standard-setting restaurant.
Created by Gilles & Bossier, Paris, and 212 Design, New York, the Hakkasan interior combines vibe and class, contemporary insights and classic Chinoiserie. Entertainment includes world-class mixology and collaborations with trending artists across genres.
On the first level, the main dining area is separated by latticed woodwork, the “Cage,” which provides intimate spaces that also allow diners to share the room excitement. A private dining room on the second level overlooks the main room.
Here, Chef Ho Chee Boon and his team of wok and dim sum chefs create dishes center-stage such as stir-fried black pepper rib-eye beef with Merlot, and silver cod with Champagne and Chinese honey. Internationally and locally produced cocktails and first-class wines complement the menu.
The restaurant serves dinner Monday through Wednesday, 5−11 p.m. and Thursday and Sunday, 5 p.m. to midnight.
Nightlife begins one level up with the 10,000-square-foot Ling Club and the more intimate Ling Lounge, with a laid-back atmosphere and top-notch mixology.
On the fourth level, the main nightclub features oversized VIP booths surrounding the dance floor. Completing the high-energy space is the DJ area, a suspended performance area and floor-to-ceiling LED screens. The restaurant and nightclub can be accessed from the casino floor across from Centrifuge in the hotel.
The pavilion, next to the main nightclub, features an outdoor oriental garden, and operates as part of the main nightclub or separately. The area has a DJ booth, the Garden Bar, amphitheater-style setting, a two-story water feature and lifelike foliage.
Above the main nightclub is the fifth-level mezzanine with an area for guests who want private VIP environments while still having access to the dance floor. The area accommodates large groups in the semi-private rooms, which feature customizable screens, sound control and mixology supplies.
The 60,000-square-foot nightclub is open Thursday through Sunday, 10:30 p.m. until closing. Guests must be 21 years or older, and a dress code applies. Cover charges and table reservations vary.
